Education Promotion Society for India (EPSI), welcomes the decision taken by the Vice Chancellors of the Central Universities to hoist flag at their campuses.  This is a good move and EPSI welcome this decision taken by them.

At this juncture, EPSI like to inform that many of the Private Educational Institutions are already hoisting the National flag at their campuses.

Now, the Central Universities are come forward to hoist the flag.  This will motivate the nationalistic sentiments amongst students and also create Patriotism. 

EPSI as a responsible national agency welcomes this move and also asking all sectors of educational institutions to support the same at their level to show their support for the good causes.

EPSI is a not for profit autonomous Society with mandate from Universities and Institutions as its Members.  EPSI is working for establishing an interface platform for stakeholders to enable all concerned to deliberate on the issues and concerns of the sector to raise education quality and attain benchmark standards at the national and international level.  Policy Advocacy, Accreditation, Certification, Faculty Development Programmes, Consultancy for creating model institutions etc., are some of the key areas, where EPSI is working with thrust on quality, relevance and access.  EPSI, in its endeavor to accelerate the development of Education Sector in India. The office bearers are Dr. G Viswanathan, Chancellor, VIT University is the President, Dr. H. Chaturvedi, Director, BIMTECH, is the Alternate President,  Dr M R Jayaram, Chairman, M S Ramaiah Group of Institutions, Bangalore is Senior Vice Presidence, Dr Ved Prakash Mishra, Pro Chancellor, DIMS is the Vice President, Dr. Prashant Bhalla, President, MRIU is the Treasurer of this organization.
