NIIT.tv is an internet TV portal that can be accessed on a computer, tablet or smartphone anytime, anywhere. This is a new democratic digital learning initiative and it was launched last October.
This was done with a motive to bring high quality training from its classroom to every student. The platform has received an overwhelming response with a total of 469,145 registered users from 160 Countries.
Now NIIT.tv has also bagged the most prestigious award for 'Educational Technology, at the Indo-American Education Summit 2016. Udai Singh who is Head of NIIT Ltd said,
"This award is just an acknowledgment of our commitment to offer job-focused skills training to the large under-skilled population of India, with an aim to create a globally competitive workforce for the emerging Indian economy. We are totally happy with this award and we will continue our services"
