Sources have stated that in today's digital world, the need to instill book reading habit in children is growing larger. But the availability of books for the underprivileged is getting lesser, obstructing the idea of cultivating book reading in kids.

Meanwhile in order to bridge this gap, K Raheja Corp's Mindspace, an IT Park in Hyderabad launched 'Teaching Tree', an initiative to hone the reading skills of kids.

Meanwhile when speaking on the initiative, Shrawan Kumar Gone, Director Operations, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, K Raheja Corp said, "Books are very integral to a child's education, and we were overwhelmed and encouraged by the generosity of our clients and employees last year. The Raheja Mindspace campus came out in full strength, which fortified our Endeavour to move forward and continue to strive to undertake more such initiatives.

Moreover it was added that as the name suggests, the initiative aims at providing quality education to children belonging to very low income groups. The initiative reaches out to children studying in private schools, and whose parents are committed to ensuring a good future for their children.
