Log on to the official website telanganapostalcircle.in. Click on the Telangana Postal Circle MTS Recruitment 2017-18 Notification link on the homepage. Next under Important Notice, click on the recruitment notification. The notification will be displayed on the screen. Download the notification and read it carefully and Go back to the previous page and click the Apply Online link under Direct Recruitment of MTS.

new page will open to register. Click the Apply link. Under the
declaration that reads, "I read the advertisement and I undertake that I
fulfill the eligibility required for the post." click I Agree button. Enter the captcha code at the bottom of the
page to confirm that you are a real person and not robot. This procedure is
used to avoid spamming. Click the Next button and pay the
registration fees. Upload all the necessary documents such as photo, signature
etc and Click Submit and complete the registration process.
