The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has invited online applications from eligible and experienced Indian nationals for recruiting 21 Non-Executive Personnel comprising Junior Engineering Assistants, Junior Technical Assistants, Junior Quality Control Analysts, Junior Materials Assistant and Junior Nursing Assistants in various disciplines comprising Chemical, P & U, C, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Quality Control, Materials and Staff Nurse to be posted at IOCL's Barauni Refinery in Bihar.

The selection of candidates for Non-Executive Personnel posts through IOCL Recruitment 2019 will be done through a Written Test and Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT). Candidates selected as Non-Executive Personnel will be paid an emolument in the scale of Rs. 11,900 to Rs. 32,000 per month.
