A healthy life style includes breakfast in the morning, lunch in afternoon, snaks during evening and dinner during evening. But, now a days, people started eating according to their mood and time. This is disturbing good cycle of food.

People keep checking their refrigerators often though there is no food. If they find something eatable, they will take it out and complete it. This has become a habit for youth in cities. They sleep late after watching mobiles or movies. Due to this, they eat junk food for time pass. If they find their favorite food, they would extend their watching hours.
