If one cant control their anger, then they will definitely suffer in their life. This influence will be there on personal  life or career or in society. So we have to learn to be patient. With patience, one can achieve good name and success. Experts give few suggestions on controlling one’s anger or anguish.

 

Get into the reason: few actions and words of your colleagues may hurt you. Notice what are the situations and topics which make you angry.  

 

Assume: assume the incident which annoy you. Make a picture in your mind that you are cool and quite how ever other try to rise you or irritate you. If you practice this, you will overcome the situation when it really happens.

 

One, two: this is an old technique but really works. This will give you a self control. Accompany your breath with this count till ten. Smile will automatically come to your face.

 

Count: make a record of your feelings in your diary. Mark in the diary when ever your emotions are out of control. This is a char of your feelings. You can slowly reduce your anger after understanding the chart.
