The latest entrant to Bollywood is starlet Pooja Hegde has shown some photos in her Instagram account where she is seen as a true fitness champ, as the starlet has done boxing, Pilates, Aerial silk and weight lifting and has done all sports activities to stay fit and healthy.


While Hirthik Roshan has many talented fitness and nutrition instructors, Pooja’s workouts are equally intriguing. Even Hirthik was amazed on seeing her fitness program and he has appreciated her for her contemporary work.


Pooja has got Namrata Purohit who is coaching her with Pilates classes, Harrison James training her with Cross Fit training. Her Aerial silk lessons are taught by Aditi Deshpande and her performance as a debutant has started her journey in fitness as a skinny but unfit girl is now a pro in almost all the workouts she trains in.


Her effort is mind blowing and when everyone follows simple exercises on a daily basis, we can also maintain good health like the starlet and we can also remain fit and healthy. Along with that diet plays the important role in maintaining good health.
