Kotii Reddy Saripalli is one of the most popular and renowned self-made entrepreneurs from Andhra Pradesh, known for his rise from rags to riches in one of the most inspiring tales of success. After starting his career as a data entry operator he had got elevated to the role of a Chief App Architect in Microsoft. Years later, he launched his own organization Kotii Group of Ventures that provides solutions to people.
           



Birth and Early life: 


Kotii Reddy was born and brought up in Gudivada, Krishna District. Hailing from a middle-class family, he had a childhood habit of reading biopics that always were a source of inspiration for him, besides also focusing on psychology related Books. ‘The Road Ahead’, authored by Microsoft chief Bill Gates had a huge influence on him. Koti completed  SSC in 1998 and went on to do a PGDCA course in Gudivada. 


Professional rise to Microsoft:


Koti Reddy entered Hyderabad, inspired by Satyam Ramalinga Raju and entered the field of computers as a C Language faculty and worked with ZITT company. His talents got him a call from Microsoft for an interview, and he realized his dream, by clearing 12 rounds of Microsoft interview. Soon, he became the Youngest Java Certified Professional (JCP) in India and was selected as a Chief App Architect at Microsoft, after crossing numerous obstacles attributed to his low qualification (SSC). His question regarding a successful company found by a college dropout not giving an opportunity to a talented guy got him a call from Microsoft officials four days later and Koti was the first to get a job in Microsoft without a degree certificate.

Kotii group of ventures:


After a ten year stint at Microsoft, Kotii Reddy resigned to establish Kotii Group of Ventures to facilitate people in fields like agriculture, Construction, Education, Health, and Media with the help of technology. 33 percent of the profits of Kotii group of companies are spent for the welfare of downtrodden people.
Kotii Reddy went on to expand and launched various companies like Bharath Innovations, Digital Education, DZ Pay, Kotii Foundation, India Herald, Bodha, Seva Foundation, Crow blood, Citrus Clinic, Snagger and many more. Kotii group owns 70 percent of the said companies. Koti Reddy has also received a Doctorate from the University of Washington.


Bharath Healthcare and the future:

Bharath Health Care, the healthcare initiative launched by Kotii Reddy plans to empower 783 crore people in the world across 238 countries by providing healthcare facilities and take care of the health of people and their family members.  E Gudi service launched by Kotii group of ventures provides technology to enable devotees located anywhere to worship and offer services to gods. 



With the help of improving technology and making proper utilization of it, Kotii Reddy has been able to generate many job opportunities and has become a source of inspiration for youngsters. According to him, hard work and technology are the keywords to success and channeling these can simplify all issues. Kotii Reddy, who aims to develop nano labs across the nation, aims to expand his Kotii group of ventures to various unexplored avenues like Nanotechnology, film industry, medical establishments, payment gateways and media, and aims to keep growing leaps and bounds, giving a fresh lease of life to youth and ultimately help the growth of the nation, as a proud citizen of India.
