Prostitution is a curse in our society, the dark world of prostitution is existing and growing leaps and bounds. Traffickers target vulnerable women and girls of the society, they are often forced, beaten brutally, raped. Few lucky escape, but many aren’t traced, and vanishes.
A former prostitute narrates her ordeal as how she was kidnapped at age of 13 years, and was forced into flesh trade. She was gagged and taken to unknown place, she was under supervision of two women who used to look after her. One day she was taken to a bungalow in unknown location. She was presented in front of a old Sheikh, she weeps profusely narrating that she was continuously raped day and night for many days.
Sometime other accomplices of the sheikh used to rape her. One day a doctor visited her for fixing her ‘hymen' as she can be send to other ‘client’ as a virgin. After couple of years of sexual atrocities, finally one day police rescued her from brothel house. She was taken to police station in a van. NGO’s came forward for help, they took her to psychiatrist, and even helped her pursue her education further.
After several years of pain finally she was rehabilitated, she is now leading a respectable life in society. Unfortunately not all girls aren’t lucky as her, many still trapped in dark of world of prostitution.
