In an effort to explore the routes of Bengal and Bihar, the West Bengal Government has launched a river cruise from Kolkata to Patna. The Government has already signed a MoU with Assam Bengal Navigation and has started this luxury river cruise.
However, the cost is higher as it costs Rs.11,500 Per head. But it includes all facilities. It will make stopovers at Barrackpore, Chandarnagore, Kalna, Nabadwip, Mayapur, Plassey, Murshidabad, Farakka, Bhagalpur, Monghyr and eventually reach Patna. The cruise has restaurant, bar, salon, and spa.
