An youngster Jayadev goes to Bangkok for pursuing higher studies. He gets into the best college and he has a good friendship with his professor Michel. As we all know Bangkok is a place for illegal gambling and casinos. So Michel who gets awestruck by Jayadev's intelligence teaches him how to play a card counting game and earn mone. And the money factor motivates Jayadev. He follows footsteps of his professor and starts to earn in millions. But later Jai founds a truth about his dad which is also related to his professor Michael. Does the truth hurt ? How Jayadev escapes from michael ? Does he get back his revenge ? forms the rest of the story!

The biggest plus of the movie is the performances of Parveen Raj and Nagineedu. Both have delivered their career best performances and they were exceptional. Especially Nagineedy is so perfect as a professor and a gambler. The rest of the supporting characters have done what they are expected to do. There is no other actors to be mentioned of.

Gnanasaghar's direction has been good. But narration has been pathetic. The story is completely uplifted from Hollywood movie '21'. Not even a single scene has been changed. But that doesn't matter for newbies who are watching. So the first half of the film is moving at a good pace as it is a rip-off the Hollywood movie. But the second half was a typical Telugu masala where the stereotypes are dumped in. Not even one scene creates interest for the viewer. The movie has little characters and despite that, there is no emotional bonding between them. Hero's dubbing voice is too bad. Cinematography is good and they way they showed the casino's and the night light is impressive. The background score also eleavtes the mood.

The movie has a new background which is interesting to Telugu audience. But the sluggish second half spoils the party. The first half which is a complete copy of Hollywood movie '21' is flled with thrills and turns. But with the spoiled and rotten second half the movie ends up highly predictable.

Parveen Raj,Nagineedu,Gnana Sagar,Yamuna Kishore ,Jagadish Kumar Kalluri , Rajesh Raghunath Overall, it is 'NOT' a safe bet !
