Baaghi which was directed by Sabbir khan became the third movie in the year to have a strong opening at the box office. The first two positions were occupied by Shah rukh khan’s Fan and Akshay kumars Air lift .
Box office Collections for the action packed movie picked up slowly at multiplexes from Friday evening. It helped the movie to record Rs 11.87 crore collection on day one.
The movie hit about 2750 screens in India.It is the biggest opening in Tiger Shroff career.For Shradha kapoor it is the third highest opener.Baaghi also performed well at overseas boxoffice as well . The movie was made with a budjet of Rs 47 crores. The movie satellite rights were sold for 25 crores.
