Nani who is on cloud nine with back to back success is now back with a romantic thriller. He is back to his roots and has joined hands with his debut director Mohana Krishna Indraganti. So what is the plot all about ? The movie has a very interesting story and it is about two couples, Gowtham – Catherine and Jairam – Aishwarya. Aishwarya and Catherine meet on a flight journey and during the course of their journey they become close friends. They share all private matters and they even speak about their boyfriend/fiance. Catherine is a VFX designer and she falls in Love with Gautam. Aishwarya is a daughter of a rich industrialist and is engaged to a young entrepreneur Jairam (Nani). As they reach Hyderabad, Catherine finds that her boyfriend is dead. She starts to dig the mystery behind his death. What happens next forms the rest of the story.

Nani seems to be on a song right now. He is definitely a big thing in Tollywood. The way he chooses different scripts shows his class. Nani showed subtle variations in two different roles. Two female leads Surabhi and Niveda thomas were pretty and cost effective. Show stealer was Niveda thomas. After scoring in Kamalhaasan's 'Papanasam', she has done it once again. Her face carries lots of expressions and with some glamour in future, she can be the next big thing in South Indian Film industry. Surabhi has already done few movies and she has done what has to be done. Avasarala Srinivas has got a serious role this time. Yes ! this time, don't expect any quirky humour form him. Vennela Kishore as IT manager manages to put some smile on our faces in the dull paced second half.

Mohan Krishna has done a neat job in making a crisp thriller. But it is just good for the first half of the movie. The second half moves at snail pace and it has more dull moments. The romantic portions are handled so beautifully. Watch out for the 'Kodaikanal portions'. Music by Manisharma is one of the biggest plus. He proves his mettle in background score. PG Vinda's cinematography is top notch and the lightings based on the mood and tension shows his brilliance. Production values are high, but it is obvious that the producer has decided to make this as a 'Limited Budget'. At some places, we get a feel that, some more amount could have been used. Rest of the technicians have done their part and have added spices to the movie.

The movie starts off well and has a 'bang' in Intermission. But the second half falls flat and every mystery which is revealed becomes highly predictable. Lots of cliches in second half spoil the party. Nani and Niveda have scored with their brilliant characterizations. Music was soothing and it raises tempo when needed. Cinematography was flawless. Had the director worked on the screenplay portion in second half, the movie would have been a lively product.
