It is a gripping tale on how the Indian Navy manages to destroy the Pakistan submarine PNS Ghazi, off the Vizagapatinam coast. It is a one of its kind movie and is a milestone in the genre of war drama in Indian cinema. Rest of the story is as to how the entire team of S-21 stay underwater for days and manage to fight the deadly Ghazi at the end.

Sankalp Reddy had made the fabulous direction and the making was amazing. Kay Kay Menon had stolen the show while the other actors including Rana and Atul Kulkarni have delivered praiseworthy performances. Tapsee Pannu had acted excellently in the movie. Rana Daggubatti had done an excellent job and Ghazi has an efficient supporting cast in the form of K K Menon, Atul Kulkarni and Satyadev who have given an outstanding performance.

The technical aspect of the movie is phenomenal and it is made as per international standards and quality. The VFX team have done the underwater job amazingly. The director had made the movie upto the history of Indian cinema for pushing the boundaries of filmmaking and directing a film with a unique script and spellbinding narration. The background scoring was made terrifically.

The movie has a right story, performances by the actors and technicians and the narration was phenomenal. This movie is different from rest of the movie with thrilling underwater war drama made exclusively by Sankalp Reddy. One who anticipates some great war scenes in the film will be disappointed as Ghazi is based underwater and only limited action scenes are showcased.  Ghazi is a class film which will be a bit hard to make its way in the regular mass audience who look for sheer entertainment. The movie should be watched by movie buggs for its wonderful making and for a different storied movie.
