Mollywood industry sources have stated that Mohanlal is definitely the man of the moment. The actor has won the Special Jury award at the 64th National Film Awards. He was honored for his performances in the films Pulimurugan, Janatha Garage and Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol.
The actor was at the sets of his forthcoming movie Villain, while the results were announced. The entire team of Villain had celebrated the big win by cutting a cake. While talking to the media, Mohanlal opened up about his win at the 64th National Film Awards.
Sources have stated that Mohanlal had
expressed his happiness on winning the award for a non-Malayalam film, as well
and stated that he is accepting the award with all love and happiness.
It was stated that both the films Janatha Garage and Pulimurugan were not initially send by the regional jury to Delhi but later, it was the National jury that invited the these movies. When quizzed about this Mohanlal stated he considers it as a big recognition for these movies.
