Director Ravikanth Perepu, made a dashing debut with his crime thriller Kshanam starring Adivi Sesh, Adah Sharma, Anasuya Bharadwaj and Vennela Kishore in crucial roles, that turned out to be a surprise hit at the box office. The film, in fact, had story and screenplay by its Hero Adivi Sesh himself. Now Adivi Sesh has moved on to his next flicks, while Ravikanth is busy Directing his next starring Shraddha Srinath and Siddhu Jonnalagadda.

Meanwhile, the success of the Tollywood flick prompted makers from all over the south to compete for the remake rights, which was finally bagged in Tamil by actor Sathyaraj. Produced in his Nadhambal film factory, the film stars Sibiraj, Remya Nambeesan and Varalakshmi Sarathkumar in important roles, and is directed by Pradeep Krishnamurthy of Vijay Antony starrer Saithan fame.

Now, the Bollywood remake has also been kickstarted, and this movie titled Baaghi 2, will star Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani in lead roles and will release next year. Directed by choreographer Ahmad Khan, the film is bankrolled by popular producer Sajid Nadiadwala. Baaghi that starred Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor was incidentally the remake of the Blockbuster Varsham starring Prabhas and Trisha.
