118, directed by cinematographer turned director KV Guhan will have Kalyan Ram paired with mallu babe Nivetha Thomas and Arjun Reddy fame Shalini Pandey, and the movie has now been declared as a HIT by the Producers. Nandamuri Kalyanram couldn't give a hit with Kajal and Tamanna, and now he has given it with Nivetha Thomas.
