Actor Vemal was seen in 2010 in the comedy entertainer Kalavani directed by Sarkunam which was his directorial debut and Vemal had scored his first commercial success. The movie is now getting a sequel after 9 long years and the expectations are sky high.
After close to a decade the same team of Vemal and Sarkunam are back with the sequel to Kalavani which is titled Kalavani 2 and bankrolled by Varman films and the movie this time touches politics. Oviya who spoiled her image with recent releases is looking to get into good books with this release.
Vemal will be seen contesting local elections for panchayat president post and the movie also stars Ganja Karuppu, Saranya Ponvannan, ilavarasu and Oviya in important roles. watch out this space for more updates.
