Actor dhanush had last scored a decent commercial success with the Balaji Mohan directorial Maari 2 and is now a part of vetrimaran directorial Asuran and the Durai Senthilkumar directorial movie bankrolled by Satyajyothi films.
Asuran was the first to start the shoot and is now in final schedule and as per reports, this schedule will be completed this month-end following which dhanush will resume his Durai Senthilkumar movie with Asuran entering the post-production phase. dhanush was last seen in the raw and rustic gangster flick Vada Chennai directed by vetrimaran and the movie on the lives of North Madras gangster also starring Ameer, Samuthirakani, andrea jeremiah and aishwarya Rajesh was a smash hit. The sequel to that movie will be shot next.
The latest buzz is that the teaser of Asuran got released and it got a good reception, and it was indeed a treat for diehard fans of the actor. Asuran co-stars Manju Warrier, pasupathi and Balaji Sakthivel, and has music composed by GV Prakash. The movie will hit screens by October 4th.
