Movie Chhichhore and Dream Girl are the only movies that are currently running strong at the Box OfficeThe recent releases The Zoya Factor, Prassthanam and Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas, failed to make a mark at the Box Office, and have almost disappeared within a week of its release. In such a scenario, the previous releases, namely Chhichhore and Dream Girl, continue to soar.
Sushant Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Chhichhore are extraordinary as it reaches its fourth weekend. The movie is set to beat Kabir Singh's record and become a third-best fourth weekend of all time. Kabir Singh had minted Rs. 10 crores on its fourth weekend, and Chhichhore, which has already minted Rs. 6.25 crore, will easily cross Rs. 10 crore mark including Sunday collections. The total collections of Chhichhore so at a great distance are Rs. 134.98 crore.
Meanwhile, Ayushmann Khurrana starrer Dream Girl's collections doubled on the third Saturday. The movie is heading for better numbers than Chhichhore from the third weekend. Chhichhore had minted Rs. 15.15 crore on third weekend and Dream Girl has already earned Rs. 9.25 crore, thus proving that even if there is a slow Sunday, the movie will easily beat Chhichhore's third week collections. The total collections of Dream Girl so at a great distance are Rs. 117.32 crore.
Both Chhichhore and Dream Girl will face tough competition from Hrithik Roshan-Tiger Shroff starrer WAR. Interestingly even the much-awaited Hollywood film Joker is slated to release on October 2. The release of these movies thus can mark the end of Chhichhore and Dream Girl's dream Box Office run.
