The actress faced huge backlash from the netizens after this post on her social media handle.
In response, a fan questioned that she praised the movie's original Arjun Reddy and is now going out against sandeep calling it double standards, and Samantha replied "Liking the film .. and disagreeing with a comment are two different things. I loved the story of one 'Arjun Reddy' .. not the generalization that love means having the liberty of slapping people around".
