director balaji Mohan made his debut with the siddharth - Amala Paul starrer Kadhalil Sothappuvathu Yeppadi and later made movies like Dulquer Salmaan- Nazriya starrer Vaayai Moodi Pesavum and dhanush starrers Maari and Maari 2.
balaji Mohan also had acted in films like dhanush starrer Velaiyilla Pattadhari 2, Maari besides directing a coming of age web series As I'm suffering from Kadhal which featured Dhanya balakrishna, Abhishek, Sanchana Natarajan, and Sunder Ramu.
balaji Mohan revealed that his production house Open Window, which earlier bankrolled As I'm suffering from Kadhal will next be bankrolling a feature film and said that the official announcement on this maiden movie under this banner will be unveiled tomorrow. Reports float that kajal aggarwal has been confirmed to do the lead role and it is going to be a female-centric action thriller. Kajal Aggarwal who is on a winning streak is keen to continue it with her upcoming projects. The actress is working on an array of projects up her sleeve and one among them is the remake of 'Queen' in tamil titled as 'Paris Paris'. It is helmed by Ramesh Aravind.
