music director turned actor vijay antony has been finding it hard to score a success of late though he had initially begun with a Bang with hits like Naan, Salim, and Pichaikaran winning the box office. But the streak ended.
His recent outings like Annadurai, Thimiru Pudichavan, Saithan, Yeman, etc failed to click with the masses and were outright disasters which made him rethink of his strategies and he's currently starring in few flicks. The actor is however unfazed by the failures. He continued to pursue his acting career and has signed an array of projects.
His next release was Kolaigaran directed by Andrew Louis of Leelai fame and this movie costarred action king arjun in a pivotal role and he had recently tasted a huge success. The movie also starred ashima narwal as the female lead. The actress made her debut with this movie and she recently said she is joining hands with the same team for another thriller and the shooting will begin in Dehradun soon.
