Matinee Entertainment announces their Sixth film titled 'Wild Dog', starring Akkineni nagarjuna in the main lead. Directed by Ahishor Solomon, the film’s first shooting schedule is just wrapped up.
The team has come up with an interesting first look poster which is very different and is immediately reminiscent of the recent Disha encounter. Nagarjuna’s character is interestingly revealed as an NIA officer through a newspaper report forming the main theme of the poster. The piece of writing in a national daily gives an insight into what the film is all about. ACP vijay varma is given the name of Wild Dog, for his character streak of dealing with criminals severely. Reported to be based on true incidents, the film sees nagarjuna essaying a different character. His look is imposing and so is the poster design.
Matinee Entertainments is bankrolling this project. nagarjuna did not have any hit after his 2016 film, Oopiri. He followed it up with another Six flops. So, the actor is being cautious about choosing his next project. The movie is being planned for the Summer 2020 release. Wild Dog has dialogues penned by kiran kumar and Shaneil Deo is overseeing cinematography.
