director sundar c was last seen playing the lead role in the 2016 malayalam remake comedy caper Muthina Kathirikka co-starring poonam bajwa and kiran rathod and post the disastrous result he returned to the direction and made the movies Kalakalappu 2 and Vantha Rajavathaan Varuven.
Sundar C is all set to make a comeback as a hero again with the movie Iruttu which was started long back and is helmed by maker VZ Dhorai who has directed the likes of Thala ajith, Vikram, and Simbu in Mugavari, Kadhal Sadugudu, Thotti Jaya.
The latest announcement from the team is that Iruttu will be released in telugu worldwide by next month and this movie will be a horror thriller that will feature sundar c as a cop and Dhanshika as a spirit and the movie also has sakshi chaudhary, VTV Ganesh, yogi babu as part of the cast. The director has now decided to be an actor again and has signed two more movies where he will be seen as an investigative journalist. The shooting for the movie will begin by next month and will happen in two phases.
