For reasons unknown, she got operated on her nose again and that plastic surgery is bit visible now. Even though the actress maintained silence about this for a while, last night, she has penned an emotional social media post over the same.
She said she is happy to say this is my life my face and yes sh had plastic surgery which she is not ashamed to admit. Do I promote it ? No am I against it ? No - it's just how I choose to live" stated shruti hassan, in her post. Before that, she shared that the way people are commenting about her physique, that she is thin or fat, has hurt her a bit. She is not one driven by other people's opinions of me but the constant commenting and she is too fat now she is too thin is so avoidable.
