Tollywood angry young man doctor Rajasekhar had met with an accident recently and while there were rumors that he is severely injured, it has been revealed that he has escaped without many injuries and is safe after the unexpected incident.
The actor himself has said that he was driving the car from ramoji film city in outer ring road and seeing his car meeting with an accident, commuters around got him out of the car and he called his family and informed and went home in one of the cars.
