Versatile hero Suriya had given two back to back disastrous movies with the political thriller NGK helmed by acclaimed maker Selvaraghavan followed by the stylish action-packed flick Kaappaan helmed by KV anand and recently the first look of his 38th movie soorarai pottru was unveiled.
Helmed by Irudhi Suttru fame sudha Kongara this movie also stars Mallu babe Aparna Balamurali, bollywood actor paresh rawal and tollywood actor mohan babu and will feature music scored by gv prakash and the movie bankrolled by Suriya aims a Summer 2020 release.
The latest official update about the movie was made in the audio launch of the upcoming movie 'Ponmagal Vandhaal' and it was revealed that the second trailer of Soorarai Potttru will be out in May 2020. soorarai pottru will have Suriya playing an entrepreneur Nedumaran alias Maara. Surya is trying luck with lady director sudha Kongara of Guru movie fame.
