Director and actor sasikumar had earlier this year playedSuperstar Rajnikanth's friend Malik pairing with malavika mohanan in the karthik Subbaraj Directorial Petta released during Pongal. The movie was a successful venture. He paired with malavika mohanan in that movie and now he gets a chance to team up with her again.
Currently, the actor is shooting for his next movie NaaNaa in mumbai, and the movie helmed by nirmal kumar is known for directing Salim and the yet to be released Sathuranga Vettai 2 will feature him as Naa Narayanan which leads to the title.
