The movie was earlier planned for dussehra but this break means the movie may be pushed to sankranthi next year. That will possibly mean a clash with megastar Chiranjeevi's Acharya. Its been a while since chiranjeevi and balayya clashed at the Box Office. Balayya's jai simha released for sankranthi 2018 and the movie went on to become a hit.
