Reportedly a couple of weeks ago, there were reports that acclaimed filmmaker rajamouli will organize a two day trial shoot of his upcoming film, RRR. However, the shoot was cancelled, due to increase in Covid-19 cases across Hyderabad. Now, it looks like, Prabhas's upcoming film with director krishna KUMAR' target='_blank' title='radha krishna kumar-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>radha krishna kumar, will be the first film in telugu to resume shoot post lockdown. Grapevine has it that the makers of the film have recently erected a huge set in hyderabad including a hospital to shoot important sequences in the film.
prabhas and pooja hegde will resume the shoot in July with necessary safety precautions. An official announcement regarding this will be made soon. It is worth mentioning that the telangana government recently brought some relief to the telugu film industry by relaxing the restrictions and allowing them to resume shooting from june 15.
On march 18, prabhas 20 team came back to hyderabad after completing the georgia schedule. The team came back within a few days due to the coronavirus scare. In fact, the saaho star took to instagram to reveal that he will be on a self-quarantine. His post read, "On safely returning from my shoot, in light of the increasing risks of COVID 19, I have decided to self-quarantine. Hope you are all taking necessary precautions to be safe". Tipped to be a love story, the film is being shot simultaneously in three languages namely tamil, telugu and Hindi. Gopi krishna Movies and uv creations are jointly bankrolling this film.
