Censor board is the most debated topic in recent times. Lots of censor cuts have evoked controversy. Most of them were so silly. Regarding these censor cuts every celebrity has made their own comments too. The recent sensation happened when censors themselves cut a Kissing scene in James Bond's 'Spectre'. This shows that censor board has a dirtier mind than the audience. Let's see some of the most ludicrous cuts in 2015.
1. Hate Story 3
'Hate Story 3' was expected to have lots of censor cuts as the movie was shaping like an erotic thriller. The movie had some words like Sambhog and Bastard and Censor asked them to be replaced with words like ‘Milan’ and ‘Rascal’. This sparked more controversy. Most of them where confused what is the problem with the word Bastard. Only censor has to answer.
2. Tamasha
Apart from chopping down the french kiss between Deepika and Ranbir, they also beeped some innocent words like Saali ! What is happening at Censor board ?
3. Calendar Girls
Calendar Girls is one of the most realistic movies from Madhur Bhandarkar. Recently a song was asked not to be aired and it was labelled as 'Inappropriate for TV viewing' because the song features five bikini girls.
4. Angry Indian Goddess
Another incident where the dirty mind of Censors has worked. The word 'Dil Dola Re' was misinterpreted as 'Dildo La Re' and guess what.. 'Cuts'. Anything wrong with the word 'Lunch' ? We too don't know. But censor find that as a bad word and they have muted.
