The popular dance choreographer turned Actor turned director Prabhudeva, billed as the Indian Michael Jackson, had taken a break from acting after he ventured into direction with films like Nuvvosthanande Nenoddantana, Pournami, Rowdy Rathore, Wanted, and several disastrous flicks like Villu, Action Jackson, and R Rajkumar.
Prabhudeva returned to Acting after a huge break, in 2016, with the AL vijay directed horror comedy Devi / Abhinetri costarring Tamannaah, which turned out to be a hit, and the Kaadhalan actor, who was once called the most bankable small budget hero, decided to enter another innings of acting.
Following Devi, the actor acted in a sequel and it failed miserably. Now, again prabhu deva works with Hansika for a new project under kalyan direction and this time it is going to be a fun-filled commercial comedy entertainer. watch out this space for more updates.
