2013 witnessed the release of one of the biggest budgeted spy thrillers of south Cinema, Vishwaroopam, directed by the legend Kamal Haasan, and starring himself, alongside Andrea, Pooja Kumar, rahul Bose, which was released amidst huge controversies, and eventually ended a huge blockbuster.
The film, which had Kamal playing Wisam Ahmad Kashmiri, an Indian agent, in the hunt for Omar played by rahul Bose, ended with the indications of the next part set in India. With 5 years already completed, the sequel of Vishwaroopam got released and it bombed at the Box-Office.
Now, we hear from inside sources that the movie will be aired on Star vijay television which has the rights of the movie. The team earlier had plans to reveal an uncut version. Pooja while speaking to the channel hinted about a Trilogy for the movie and she said a third part is in cards and already the talks are on. But it is upto Kamal Haasan to make it happen as he is busy with politics and Indian 2 under shankar direction.
