Director 'Pandiraj' who was last seen in the movie 'Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga' makes a come back with the movie 'Pasanga 2'. Surya's 2D Entertainment funds the project. Bindhu Madhavi has done titlular role. Surya and Amala Paul have done extended cameos . The movie is about kids who are affected by Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). 'Pisasu' fame Arrol Corelli has scored Music. Praveen K.L. produced the cuts. As we all know, the movie is about Children suffering from ADHD. This is a genre which is not explored in Kollywood. National Award winning Director has tried his level best to fill the slot with this recent release 'Pasanga 2'. The Kids are the real heroes. The problems faced by the kids forms the initial first half. They face troubles all through their lives. Be it personal or academic. Their parents too suffer a lot due to their disorders. But it should be noted that minds of these kids are so pure like a gem. They also have an unique nature of falling in love with people from bottom of their heart. The movie is about how these children are getting moulded.
The Kids steal the show. It is not Surya or Amala Paul or Bindu Madhavi. The kids just justify their characters and they have emoted flawlessly. The way their portray their roles are so emotional. They just blend us well along with the movie. Rest of the cast which includes actors like Karthik Kumar, Bindu Madhavi, Ramdoss and Vidya Pradeep were also brilliant. Ramdoss in particular scores with his voice modulation. Suriya and Amala Paul makes some heart warming performances. There are absolutely no flaws within the team so far.
First of all kudos to Suriya for producing such a movie. He really had the guts to break stereotype, come out of the comfort zone and produce such a movie. Arrol Corelli's music is top notch. His background score is soul stirring. 'Chotaa Bheemaa' is already a sensational hit. The background music provides some good vibes for the persons. Balasubramiem's cinematography keeps the frame simple and steady. There are now low angle or high speed shots to take you by surprise. The camera blends along with the story. Pandiraj once again proves his mettle with the narration. He is on a roll. Great going sir ! Production values are also good.
As Director Pandiraj said, 'Pasanga 2' is the perfect trilogy to end the Children's movie. The first two 'Pasanga' and 'Marina' were hard hitting and conveyed good message. The same is followed here. A must watch movies for parents and kids. Most of the scenes are happening in our day to day lives. The year ends on a high note with 'Pasanga 2'.
