Yamudiki Mogudu Review : Story
Naresh [Allari Naresh] keeps trying to pass intermediate exams from ages and he does stage plays to keep himself busy. Because of unknown magical powers that he poses, Yama’s daughter Yamaja [Richa] comes to bhoolokam from yamalokam. During a stage play Naresh and Richa gets married, slowly both love each other. When everything is going fine in Naresh life, Yama Dharma Raju [Sayaji Shinde] comes to know about his daughter marriage. He lands from Yamalokam and takes her back, even though she do not prefer to come. What unknown magical power does Naresh poses? How did he get and use those powers? Did he get back his wife from Yamalokam? Has to be seen on silver screen.
Yamudiki Mogudu Review : Star Performances
To be frank this time Allari Naresh fall short of his trade mark comedy to maximum extent. Even though his comic timing is brilliant at few scenes, you will miss Allari of Allari Naresh in this flick. A star status which he wanted to create for himself leaving back his strength of generating comedy can be sensed in this film. Richa Panai is all mixed fruit juice, which Naresh and his team has found. Her oomph factor, dances, expressions are appreciable, overall her performance will bag her films soon.
Sayaji Shinde as 'Yama Dharma Raju stands as minus in this movie. The royalness, grace which 'Yama Dharma Raju' character requires is totally missing in him. Ramya krishna as Yama’s wife is nice, she did her limited part with natural ease. Her dance to ‘Atto Attamma Kuthuro’ song and her acting at climax deserves kudos. Master Bharat as 'Yamaganda' is hilarious, Krishna Bhagavaan and Tanikella Bharani has done justice to their roles.
Yamudiki Mogudu Review : Direction, Music & Technical Aspects
E.Satti Babu has failed miserably in the direction as well as in the screenplay department which he headed. He could not generate the continuous entertainment follow in his movie. He has messed up the film with multiple plots which has single story line. Music by Koti has missed to match with the present music lovers expectations. Except "Atto Attamma Koothuro" all other songs are not good, and even the background score is average.
Cinematography by Ravindrababu is only positive aspect regarding technical team. Every scene looked class and songs are filmed very beautifully.Editing by Gautham Raju, story by Jaya Sinddu and production values are just “ok ok”.
Yamudiki Mogudu Review: Analysis
As a regular movie audience, one expects complete fun ride in Allari Naresh film's but you will miss them in 'Yamudiki Mogudu' to core. You will see Naresh entry after 15 minutes of film being played, which makes you think is this Allari Naresh genre of film.? He entertains you with few funny comedy punch line dialogues but slowly drops down because of the unimpressive screenplay.
Second half has Naresh going to Yamalokam to get back his wife to bhoolokam. The intensity which is required in the scenes of a normal human challenging Yama is low. The cinematic liberty which was taken by director regarding Gods and show casing Yama's characters as womanizer looks unenthusiastic. Graphical work shown in “Orori Magadheera” and yamalokam is appreciable. The cricket match episode which takes place in yamalokam between master Bharat and Raghu babu is very funny.
Starting from the pre-climax part, director plans to add commercial hero touch to Allari Naresh, pushing down his comedy hero image will disappoint you. Family sentiment scenes, Naresh getup as joker imitating actor 'Raj Kapoor' and fight scene at the climax if canned with proper care could have be savoir.
