Three Delhi Girls : Minal (Taapsee), Falak (Kirti) and Andrea (Andrea) are on the run as they get escaped from a Rape attempt by one of the Rich guys who is also powerful. Rajveer (Angad) is the guy who tries to Molest them. However in that attempt, Minal attacks Rajveer with a bottle and that creates a big trouble for them and it is even bigger than getting molested. What happened to them after that ? Did they face the music or Has justice prevailed for those three girls ? Watch out the answer on big screen.

Minal, Falak and Andrea characters are well reprised by Taapsee, Kirti and Andrea. They bring out the middle class normal working class girls before our eyes. The ultimate blow comes when Rajveer uses his powerful connections to file a wrong FIR against the girls labelling them prostitutes. The way they handle the situation after facing such a nightmare was well portrayed. Amitabh Bachchan as Defense Lawyer Deepak Sehgall has shown his mettle once again. He also has bipolar disorder. However we need to say most of the court room sequences were inspired from Jonathan Kaplan's The Accused (1988). Pitch-Perfect performances from the whole cast.

This movie is a hard hitting statement on the current mindset of Indian people. How Indians judge both men and women were clearly shown on a new scale. And things get worse if one of them is from a Powerful rich family as justice is even more skewed. The story is about portrayal of Indian Judicial system which we have seen earlier. However the degree of Harassment varies for women and it is shown what happens to them at receiving end. The first half is a nail biting thriller and it is filled with lots of tense moments. Thanks to a gripping screenplay. The second half is more of an emotional court drama. Anupam Roy, Shantanu Moitra has given some soul stirring Music and they give goosebumps.  Cinematography is also crystal clear and the frames are so natural. Technical wise the movie is so strong. Dialogues are the backbone of the movie.

When a Girl says NO, She means NO. But never underline her freedom based on her morality. The movie conveys a hard hitting message for Indian women and how rich still holds justice in this nation. The only negative aspect is Bachchan's Bipolar disorder which means he has mood swings. He also chews out dialogue at times. Rest is just perfect. The whole movie is hard hitting and so effective.
