Twin brothers Raja and Prem are separated at birth after their father exposes a kingpin and his racket. They eventually come together to battle a smuggling ring and save their family from certain doom. The plotline of the film being directed by the master of comedies, David Dhawan, promises Double the Fun, Double the Entertainment. The laugh riot is set in Mumbai and in London and the twins creates confusion in both these worlds only to save the day in the end.
Filmmaker David Dhawan has maintained that he has kept the original feel of the movie intact with a few changes to keep up with the expectations of youngsters. Tapsee for the first time in Judwaa 2, we will get to see her glamorous avatar and do what she has never done on the silver screen before. From wearing bikinis to dancing on the streets with her lover boy, Tapsee might leave you amazed this weekend. Apart from Tapsee, the vibrant Varun Dhawan and Jacqueline Fernandez too, haven’t left any stone unturned to make Judwaa 2 an entertaining experience for the audience.
The strength of the film lies in the spontaneity of its jokes, despite the fact that we have heard them at least a hundred times earlier. The film does not pretend to be smart at all and the actors appear having fun, adding to the movie’s charm. Sajid Wajid, Anu Malik and Meet Bros have provided music for the film. Malik has recomposed two of the songs from Judwaa, those being "Oonchi Hai Building" and "Tan Tana Tan Tan Tan Tara". The cinematography and editing part is made neatly.
The movie with a lot of high-octane drama movies like Bhoomi, Haseena Parkar and others, light-hearted comedy Judwaa 2 definitely stands a chance among the movie buffs. The movie is a perfect dose of candy floss romance, exotic locales and a colorful canvas during the festive season. Judwaa 2 is a remake of Salman Khan Starrer Judwaa which released in 1997. With Judwaa being a complete entertainer, we expect the same from Judwaa 2 since it is being helmed by the hit churning duo David Dhawan and Sajid Nadiadwala.
