Interesting Theme, Production valuesInteresting Theme, Production valuesCinematography, VFX, Screenplay, Poor Music, Song placements, Zero Logic, Editing, NarrationAfter several disastrous Ventures over the past few years as a hero , as well as a second innings as a supporting artist in films like Govindudu Andarivadele and Sarrainodu to name a few, hero Srikanth has returned to films as a hero , this time with the horror flick Raa Raa. Here's team AP Herald's exclusive Raa Raa review.

Raa Raa begins with an aspiring filmmaker Srikanth entering into a haunted bungalow to film a movie Along with his crew and actors. As the team begins to encounter paranormal experiences, they get to realize that the ghosts have begun playing on them. Now, Srikanth decides to make the film involving real ghosts itself. Was he successful in making the film or were the ghosts successful in chasing them out is what Raa Raa is all about?

Srikanth is seen playing a director and comes young and trendy, quite surprising considering his age, and emotes perfectly. Heroine Seetha Narayan is fine and is used just for some Glam in the song sequences. The film's huge comedy team including Ali, Raghu Babu, Venu, Prudhvi, and Posani are a big letdown as the comedy falls flat throughout the runtime.

Music by Rap Rock Shakeel is loud and jarring, and both his BGM as well as the songs are pathetic to state the least. Cinematography and VFX are a huge letdown, as they don't enhance the horror effect. Editing could have been taut, as the film drags with pointless comedy and unwarranted song placements. Raa Raa is directed by Shankar, and he has chosen the beaten to death plot of a team entering a haunted bungalow, with the only difference being a film crew entering and the ghosts dealing with people playing games.

However, the Interesting theme is not dealt interestingly, with lack of logic and pathetic screenplay, filled with unnecessary songs and songs at bad points in the already dragging screenplay. With poor music and VFX adding to the worries, Raa Raa which was intended to be a horror comedy ends with a horrible experience for the audience.
