Swecha tells about his ex-lover Shravanth, but Subba Rao feels lucky to have a girl tells him everything about her life and marries her. Things between Swecha and Subba Rao take an incredulous turn.

Trust Story: Siddu and Sahashra (Dhanya Balakrishnan) are software professional’s stay in a flat together. Chaitu (Vishnu Vardhan) comes to meet them and Sahashra feels him troublesome. But things change as chaitu makes their life colourful. Sahashra falls in love with her and gets into intimate relationship. Did Chaitu continue his relation with Sahashra? A six debutants are making their entry on the big screen with Second Hand. Most of them fail to make an impression except Kireeti and Vishnuvardhan, who have given a professional performance. Dhanya Balakrishnan is adequate in her performance. Dhanya Balakrishnan characterization appears to be lost in the plot. Kireeti performance as Gentleman Subbarao evokes some laughter.

His characterization is best among the other artists. Sudheer Varma is not up to the mark as a soup boy. Prema Ishq Kaadhal fame Vishnuvardhan is promising in his extended cameo. Rest of the characters are small and provide limited support to lead cast. Even Samantha, Puri Jagannadh and Allu Arjun come after the climax to say some moments about Subba Rao song.

Story of the film is very thin. Screenplay of the film is inadequate. Narration of the film gets erred because of the separate love tracks. Debutant Director Kishore Tirumala is adequate. Director failed to handle emotions to narrate a romantic film. The way stories end up suddenly come to interval just fails to excite audience. A major drawback of the film is that the post-intermission session is completely slow and complex. At times, the audience tends to forget the first half of Second Hand. The second half is more like an independent film with a very thin connection to the first half. It is all the more disappointing when this connection is revealed in the climax.

Cinematography by Avaneendra & Uma Shankar is neat. The lighting in few scenes are very good. Editor SR Sekkhar could have easily cut short the film by thirty minutes. Editor SR Sekkhar editing is good in Kireeti episodes. Dialogues in the film are very routine. Music by Ravichandra is okay, his Background Music totally fails to elevate scenes. Choreography Vijay Binny is very simple. Production values of the film are okay.

One of the promising movies this month Second Hand is out, but does not live up to its expectations with debutant director Kishore Tirumala trying too many experiments in couple of plots. It neither has the freshness nor does it have a romantic musical experience. Despite being a romantic entertainer, Second Hand appears like a seriously silly movie at times. On the whole, Second Hand finds itself lost somewhere in between being a totally romantic and a soup tale and it satisfies the fanciers of neither.
