Prathigatana is a kind of story that completely targets on present situation of a women and justice in India and director mean to show that on screen. Charmee, who is a journalist, tries to bring out bad from politics and show it to common man to let them know what’s happening behind the screen. She joins in a rape case issue and learns how villains and bad guys are trying to bring down justice and make them fear of filing a case. What will Charmee do in second half? How will she bring justice finally is rest of story line.
Charmee is completely different in this film and she almost did an action that even a debut actress with no skills can do, you may feel that she is not paid for that role and that made her do such stunning baseless action. Rashmi is okay but not injected in storyline properly. Raghu babu is lucky to have a full length role in film and proved his best.
The only thing that can be appreciated is cinematography and nothing went fine other than that. Cinematography is decent to storyline which made a flop movie to look a little bit better. Direction department failed in every scene and did not even try to show what he really wished to show. Editing work is a disaster and there are no more points to discuss about that.
Apart from a good storyline director did not try to show what he really wished and made a mess with all stars he included in his plot. Charmee voice is a dumbest thing of whole movie and she must search for a better dubbing artist to make her role look better matching her voice. Story brings no feel or no interest till the end titles fall and the only part you may like is a exit door after watching movie.
