Film making today is totally commercialized and no one is bothered whether all those films that are rewriting records at box office really entertaining movie lovers with good scripts and storylines. Most of the records are possible as film makers are releasing in record number of theaters across the world and on the first day itself they make huge profits. If the film is screened for a week, then distributors and exhibitors will be in safe zone. While real movie lovers are saddened by the falling standards of film making, with degrading moral values raving about lack of mythological films, analysts however has different views altogether. They feel making of mythological films in the present generation is loaded with heavy risk.. Currently film making is just made easy with more of showbiz rather than substance. Even in emotional scenes glamour dominates performance. When one watched Balakrishna's deglamor look in Bhairava Dweepam directed by Singeetam Srinivasa Rao, none are that much moved compared to NTR in Pandurangadu whose acting made many roll down with tears. While NTR lived in roles of Gods like Krishna, Rama, his son Balakrishna who also starred in such roles couldn't spellbound people. Similar is the case with Nagarjuna who did Shirdi Sai, Ramadasu, Annamayya compared to his dad ANR's films. When such stalwarts failed it will be huge risk with Mohan Babu trying to make Ravana and Bollywood film makers thinking of Ramayana.
