Indian spinner Amit Mishra is facing some bad time. But this time it is not on field. A criminal case has been filed against him for abusing and attempting to harass a female from Mumbai.
The female is named as Vandana and she is a movie producer. Vandana has said that she was attacked in five star hotel in Bengaluru when Amit Mishra came to attend a camp.
She also confirmed that she was a close fried with Mishra for more than four years. She said Mishra had entered her room without her consent and during an heated argument Mishra has beat her with a kettle.
If Mishra is founded guilty, he may be thrown behind bars for a span of 7 years. When we tried to contact Mishra, he was unavailable. The spinner was recently included in test squad against Proteas.
