Kollywood is in a bad shape where most of the movies are struggling for a release despite various issues. Simbhu's 'Vaalu' was shelved for three years and the movie finally got released two months back. Now let's take a look on the list of movies which are shelved for wrong reasons.
1. Boologam
'Jayam' Ravi and Trisha did lead roles in this movie. The movie was directed by debutante N.Kalyanakrishnan and this movie is all about Boxing. Famous director S.P.Jananathan has written the script and it is a worry for the makers as the movie is still struggling for a release. Aascar Films Ravichandran is the producer.
2. Irandavathu Padam
C.S.Amudan who started his career with 'Tamizh Padam' and made an impact with witty one-liners is worrying a lot with his second release. The movie should have got a release by 2012. It has been three years and still there is no sign of release. Vimal, Aravind Akash and Richard have done lead roles along with Remya Nambeesan and Vijayalakshmi. The movie also struggles due to financial constraints.
3. Vishwaroopam 2
Kamalhaasan and Controversies seems to be synonyms in parallel universe,. Most of this movies never get a release without any controversy. After releasing 'Vishwaroopam', Kamal was planning to release the sequel soon. But due to Aascar Ravichandran, the movie was shelved once again. Kamal is planning to release the movie through RKFI.
