Nadigar sangam elections completely took the head lines last week. Sarath Kumar and Vishal had a face-off and finally Vishal won the elections and he dethroned Sarathkumar who was unshakable for 15 years.
Vishal won for post of General secretary, Nasser won for post of President, Karunas and Ponvannan won for post of Vice-presidents and Karthi won for post of treasurer. Even though elections ended, the words spoken by Sarathkumar and Radharavi still is a major concern.
Sarathkumar slammed Sivakumar and it was opposed by Surya and Karthi. Now Surya has sent a letter wishing Pandavar team and requesting them to change the atmosphere inside the actor's council. He said, "Personal attacks were carried out in the name of criticism during election campaign.
Responsibilities were described as favours. We are all actors and that is why we are under same roof. We may be different by caste, creed and religion. My only request to the new office bearers is to make sure that such atmosphere doesn't rise once again inside Nadigar Sangam. "
