Chennai Metro was launched last month. However as the train fare is high, people doesn't prefer to travel by Metro Train. Later to avoid losses, Government announced that shootings can happen inside Metro train.
But even cost of shooting inside Metro Train was higher. A team shooting inside metro train must pay a sum of Rs.4 lakhs per hour. So far Prashanth's 'Saahasam' alone was shot inside the metro train.
Now Siva Karthikeyan's upcoming project under Bakkiyaraj Kannan direction will also be shot inside Metro train. The team recently started the shooting and they started the shoot with a song sequence.
A romantic number was shot with Siva Karthikeyan and Keerthi Suresh inside Chennai Metro. Raju Sundaram choreographed the song sequence. Recently Kamalakannan was roped inside the team to provide VFX. Rest of the technical team includes PC Sreeram for cinematography, Anirudh for Music and Antony L Ruben for cuts.
