Right now there is a big war going on between Producer's council and Television actor's council. Recently Tamil Nadu Film Producers Council made certain set of rules. In that rule they said that only Jaya TV and Thanthi TV must be called for press meets and other important functions.
None of them opened against this rule. Because everyone are aware about the ruling party. But Lakshmi Ramakrishnan has opened against this rule. She says, "Satellite rights was there to save producers from bankruptcy. But due to wrong persons and artificial enhancements things went miserably wrong.
They say 50% as satellite rights, but how can a producer grab profits with such meagre salary ? Instead of fighting with channels, we need to work along with channels. Producer Kalpathi Agoram also thought the same thing. Let's hope for the best."
