Tollywood's most successful director, SS Rajamouli is the highest paid director in Telugu. And who may be the next? Its not Koratala Siva or Vinayak or Srinu Vaitla. Its Puri Jagannadh now who is with out a proper hit for a very long time. Puri reportedly got a single cheque of 20 Crore for his next film, Rogue.
Rogue is the debut movie of Ishaan, who is the grandson of former Prime Minister, Deve Gowda. He is also the son of Mahatma Producer, CR Manohar. The producer was keen on giving a grand entry to Ishaan and so offered the massive cheque of 20 Crore to Puri. This is the career best remuneration for Puri and is also second highest in Tollywood.
Puri is currently supervising the post production works of Loafer. The movie may release in December-end or Sankranthi. It has to be seen if Puri will wait until the movie release or start Rogue even before its release. The script of Rogue is ready with Puri long ago. He is currently fine tuning it. The movie will also have a simultaneous release in Kannada too as Ishaan is from Karnataka.
