Dhanush is planning to bask on the glory of 'Raghuvaran B.Tech'. The movie was originally a huge blockbuster in Tamil as 'Velai Illa Pattathaari'. So this time he plans to release 'Thangamagan' on parallel note in Telugu. The Telugu version is titled as 'Nava Manmadhudu'. Velraj has shaped the project.
Samantha and Amy Jackson are the two female leads. Technical team includes A.Kumaran to handle cinematography and MV Rajesh Kumar for editing. Anirudh Ravichandar has scored music. The supporting cast features stellar cast of actors like Sathish, Raadika Sarathkumar and KS Ravikumar.
Earlier there were speculations that the movie might get a delay due to floods. But the reports confirmed that the movie will hit screens on 18th as planned. Telugu version will also get a release on the same day.
The posters in Telugu version confirmed the release date. But Tamil version ads just confirmed that 'Coming Soon'. Promos and ads are expected to start in full throttle from next week. Stay tuned for more updates.
